Welcome to PTrefined.com the home of one of Orlando's most trusted personal trainer's Jason "JT" Thomas.  JT has been in the fitness industry for 7 years now and has had the privilege to help many people reach their fitness goals.  Now it's your turn.

Training with JT is done through a series of proven strength, flexibility, reactionary, agility, speed drills and exercise routines that are guaranteed to have you performing at your best before you know it.

Athletes
No matter what your goals are JT will get you there.  If you are trying to improve your 40 time, If you are trying to put on some muscle in the off-season, If you need more explosive power to make sure a scout notices you, it can all be accomplished.  The only thing that will limit the results you see is the amount of dedication you give to the program.  If you give it everything the sky is the limit.

Average Joe's
For those looking to improve your performance in the gym and in the office JT has the program for you as well.  You don't need to be a competitive athlete to realize the benefits of training like one.  You will see all areas in your life improve as your level of health and fitness begins to sky rocket.  You will have more energy than ever before and you will find that you complete your days less stressed and with more energy.  Allowing you to enjoy the things that are really important to you.

This not for everyone!
This type of training is not for everyone.  It is for those people that want to see results and see those results fast.  It is not uncommon for people to be shocked at their improvement in just one month.  Remember as with anything in life you get out what you put in.  JT does expect a lot from everyone he trains but in return he is goin to show you results.  His motto has always been "If it was easy we probably wouldn't do it." and it's because of this attitude that he produces results time and time again.

$20 a session and all sessions are 45min. in length.  The following is my availability.  If you don't see a time that you are looking for please give me a call and I will try to make something work out for you.

JT is awesome. He has been my personal trainer for about the past 11 months. We rarely do the same workout twice yet JT finds unique ways of creating workouts that have significantly helped me. I have more energy and I look and feel great! My friends and family have noticed that I am much more toned and muscular without me telling them. JT is a fitness expert and I highly recommend him. JT has been my personal trainer for about a year now. Working with him has put 16lbs. of lean muscle on me while retaining 6-7% bodyfat. I never know what to expect but whatever it is I know it's going to work.

I have been training with JT for about 6 months. He beats me, and it hurts so good lol. I love the way JT trains outside the box and always keeps me guessing as to what we are going to do next. I am never bored and have seen great results so far. If you are looking for a personal trainer that is fun, energetic, and will help you reach your goals look no further.

JT has been my personal trainer for a little over a year and the results are STAGGERING. Besides the fact that I have lost 10 lbs, I have lost 16% body fat!! (and that's just in the past 5 months) You just have to let your mind give in to the system and the body will follow.

I have been working with JT for a little over a year now. My main goal was to tone up and I am more than pleased with what he has helped me accomplish. What I like about JT is he is always thinking of creative workouts and different exercises rather than doing the same workouts over and over. It keeps it exciting not knowing what I will do next even though I may hate him for it at the time:) Jt can be very tough (he has to be though) but is also very energetic and fun to work with!
