Non-Surgical Ways to Enlarge Your Lips

How Often Should Lip Exercises Be Done?

In this article you will find some free exercises which will help you improve the tone and enlarge lips in a non-surgical way. When doing those exercises for the first month, do them every day, its preferred to do them even two times a day; then do this exercise complex just 2-3 times per week to maintain the shape of your lips.

Preparation for the Lip Exercises

To achieve the greatest result, wash your face thoroughly and rinse your mouth intensively (first with warm and then with cold water) before starting the exercises. Do a set of 10 repetitions for each exercise at first, then slowly increase the number to 20 during the first month.

Exercise 1 to Enlarge Lips

Stretch your lips out in front well, open your mouth, then tightly close your lips and relax the face muscles. Keep your mouth closed, move your lips sequentially to the right and then to the left, then draw a small eight with your lips.

Exercise 2 to Enlarge Lips

Stretch your lips out and then sharply breath out, as if you try to blow out a candle or some flock. Slowly relax your lips after that.

Exercise 3 to Enlarge Lips

Make a deep breath-in and puff out your cheeks, roll up your lips into a tube. Breath the air out gradually and slowly at first, by the time you finish breathing out, push the air out with a two-three blows.

Exercise 4 to Enlarge Lips

Slowly in a singsong say [a] [e] [o] [u], then make a deep breath in. Puff up your cheeks and breath out the air through half-closed lips, then make a deep breath in. Puff up your cheeks and breath out the air through half-closed lips so that they vibrate while you breath the air out. You should produce a low buzzing sound.

Exercise 5 to Enlarge Lips

For 2-5 minutes whistle some familiar themes, try to make the sound as loud and clear as you can.

General Lipcare to Make Lips Beautiful

But do not fix your efforts to obtain beautiful lips by only doing this set of exercises. There are some very simple procedures for looking after your lips, which will help your lips to always look magnificently. It is recommended to do a morning massage for your lips with a soft tooth-brush, after the procedure, first put some balm on your lips, only after that you can put on your lipstick – by doing this you will soon forget about dry, flaking lips. It is also recommended to moisturise lips with a special moisturising balm before bedtime, if you do not have one, use gentle eyelid cream. Do not forget to moisturize lips with balm or transparent lip gloss after staying in the sunshine for a long time.

As centuries pass by, the standards of a beautiful bosom have changed for a number of times, today an ideal bust is considered the one with a shape that remains the same no matter what movements your body performs. Hence, a beautiful bosom is considered the one with high, elastic breasts, regardless of their size; the main point of a beautiful bust is its tone. The perfect sport to increase the tone and improve the appearance of your breasts is swimming, the second alternative, in case there is no way to practice this sport, is to see a fitness trainer or do some simple but effective exercises, which will help you strengthen the pectoral muscles by yourself.

Exercise 1 for Beautiful Breasts. Pressure

Applying pressure is the simplest exercise for your bust. Stand tall facing the wall, lean against it with your hands. Press against the wall as hard as you can, as if you want to move it, keep on pushing for 10 seconds. Relax, shake your hands. Do a set of 10 repetitions.

Exercise 2 for Beautiful Breasts. Elbows Touch

Stand tall, bend your hands slightly in the elbows, keep your hands on your hips. Try to touch your elbows one to the other behind your back, do not do it in jerks, but rather do it slowly, stretching the muscles for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 8 times.

Exercise 3 for Beautiful Breasts. Palms Pressing

The next exercise for beautiful breasts is as follows: join your palms in front of the chest and press them hard against each other for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 8-10 times.

Exercise 4 for Beautiful Breasts. “Dry” Breast-Stroke

If you can not go to a swimming pool, do this effective exercise to improve the tone of your breast. Stand tall, nestle up to the wall, squeeze the pectoral muscles and make movements, as if you are breast-stroke swimming. Do a hundred slow strokes, keep your pectoral muscles tense all the time.

Finishing Exercises for Beautiful Breasts with Posture Exercise

The best way to finish this set of exercises for your bust is to do an exercise which targets your posture. Take a thick book, put it on your head and walk around the house for a few minutes like that, trying to keep it on your crown. This will help you relax the muscles effectively and give them the needed working tone. If you can not walk like that, at least try standing with the book on your head. You can hold on to a chair or the wall, but do not lean against the wall.

America, it's time to cut the bullshit.

You are not owed health care by the government.

You are not owed health care by your employer.

You are not owed health care by ANYONE other than yourself.

Gasp.  What could this mean?

It means that it's YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to take care of you.

If you are not eating as best you can and exercising as best you can to give your body the best that it needs to survive and repair itself, then you can blame no one.

And you can even only blame your genetics to a certain extent.

I've read of overweight children who were ADOPTED by overweight parents - no genetic connection.  Maybe the child was predisposed to overweight genetics?  Just as likely, the child was imitating what his parents exemplified and didn't have a chance at wellness from the word "GO."
